In-person sessions take place in my office on Philpot Lane. There is lift access and WC facilities are available.

Online
If you are unable to come to my office, I also offer online sessions.

In-person, Markyate, Herts.
In person sessions take place in my private, comfortable room in the village of Markyate. Markyate is convenient for St Albans, Berkhamsted, Harpenden, Luton and Dunstable. There is single step access and easy free parking.

I also offer a limited number of concessionary rates to key workers. Fees are determined according to income.

I offer a free short initial conversation on the telephone or online. It’s an opportunity for you to
tell me what has brought you to seek therapy at this time
think about whether you would like to work with me
The initial conversation will also help me to decide if I am able to work with you. If I think that someone else or something else is more suitable, then I will let you know. We can also use this time to agree a mutually suitable time to meet weekly.
